Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI)
A term used to summarise a range of activities, processes, relationships and physical entities that, taken together, provide for integrated management of spatial data, information and services. The development of SDI's across the whole spectrum of geospatial information is gathering momentum. It is as much about developing people and working practise as about data and information as the end goal is to provide a framework across organisations and sectors that allows better discovery of, access to and the sharing and exchanging of geospatial information at the regional, national or sub national level. Our extensive knowledge and expertise in developing such frameworks will help you make your journey much easier.
